The Carter Development Group (CDG) is a research, consulting, and inclusive leadership development company specializing in strategic planning and change management for city municipalities, government entities, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and corporations. CDG specializes in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging  (DEIB), conflict resolution services, executive coaching, human capital training, human resource management solutions, and strategic and creative communication.

The Ellison Model (TEM) Inclusive Leadership Framework is our signature, research-based approach for personal, professional, and organizational development. The Ellison Model provides the engine for skill-based learning within our three developmental pathways on racial equity, conflict resolution, and leadership.
