The seven steps are Goal, Objective, Method, Attitude, Behavior, and Discipline. The resulting acronym is GOMABCD. The process is a social development framework for program implementation. It was created by sociologist Dr. Deryl G. Hunt, the founder of ICB Productions, Inc.
