The Carter Development Group employs the GOMABCD Strategic Planning 7-Step DEI Process as its methodology, a signature approach further developed by the Carter Development Group, LLC and ICB Productions, Inc to assist entities

1) explore their intentions

2) understand their stakeholders

3) commit to inclusive community building, and

4) take transformational action.

The seven steps are Goal, Objective, Method, Attitude, Behavior, and Discipline. The resulting acronym is GOMABCD. The process is a social development framework for program implementation. It was created by sociologist Dr. Deryl G. Hunt, the founder of ICB Productions, Inc.
