Ms. Hibbert is a Communication and Conflict Resolution Strategist with more than 15 years of experience working with organizations to develop clear messaging for staff and clients. Ms. Hibbert is also a diversity, equity, and inclusion officer who works with Human Resources and workforce equity groups to develop branding and communication plans for DEI initiatives. Ms. Hibbert is also very active in raising awareness about inequities and lack of access for BIPOC in healthcare.
