Adrian N. Carter, with a Doctor of Philosophy in Conflict Resolution Studies, is an equity and inclusion strategist, expert facilitator, and executive coach for corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Dr. Carter trains, coaches, provides keynote addresses and facilitates interpersonal and organizational leadership that resolves conflicts by bridging the gap between persons and organizations using The Ellison Model.
